Thandai

Ingredients

1/2 cup     Rose Petal
1 cup        Charmagaz
8               Green Elaichi
2 tbsp        Peppercorns
1/2 cup      Khuskhus
1/2 cup     Badam
6 Tbsp     Saunf
Few drops rose essence
1/2 tsp     Kesar

Procedure

Grind to a coarse powder

To make thandai

1 cup     milk
3 tbsp    sugar powder
2 tbsp above mixture
4           ice cubes
Blend all and serve with few pistas and a rose petal
