Green Chicken

Ingredients 500 gms     Chicken 1/2 cup       Oil 1 tsp           Cumim Seeds 1 Tbsp        Ginger and Garlic Paste 1                 Spinach leaves 1                 Capsicum 3-4              Green Chillies 2                  Tomatoes Few Coriander Procedure Blanch spinach leaves, capsicum, green chillies, coriander leaves and salt. cool and grind it in a smooth paste. In a pan put oil then cumim seeds and then chicken. Fry till it changes colour and then add ginger-garlic paste then add tomatoes and then add the made puree. Cook till done.

Ginger-Garlic And Green Chillies Paste

Ingredients 500 gms   Garlic  250 gms   Ginger 125 gms   Green Chillies 1/2 cup     Oil Little Water Procedure Clean and wash all the three ingredients . Chop it finely and add in the mixer. Slowly add oil and little water to make a smooth consistency. When done transfer in a bottle and keep in the refrigerator. Use when required. Can be used for six months.

Ingredients 2 bunch    Spinach (Palak) 300 gms   Paneer 2              Green Chillies 1/2 tsp     Fenugreek Leaves(Dry) 1 tsp        Chaat Masala Salt to taste Procedure Put spinach leaves with green chillies in a pan. Heat it.When it becomes soft remove from the flame. Cool and then drain the water. Make a smooth mixture in a mixer. Don't throw the water. Cut paneer according to your like. In a pan put the spinach mixture,when a boil comes then add the paneer. Then add the drained spinach water. Cook for a minute . Then add chaat masala and crushed fenugreek leaves. Add salt . Cook for a minute. If u wish you can add cream. Serve.

Ingredients 6-8          Kashmiri chillies 4-6          Boriya chillies 1 Tbsp    Pepper 10           Cloves 6 "inch   Cinnamon 6            Black elaichi 3 Tbsp    Jeera 2 Tbsp    Coriander seeds 2 Tbsp    Shahjeera 1 Tbsp    Ajwain Roast and half grind then add 1 Tbsp    Kasuri methi 10-12     Bay leaf Procedure Grind all together.
