Chicken Hariyali Pyaz


Method:

TO GRIND
12-15    Spinach (Palak) Leaves 
 ¼ cup   Mint Leaves 
6-7        Green Chillies 
7-8       Garlic cloves

{Soak 7-8 Small Size Onions, ½ Beetroot, 2 Tbsp. Vinegar and ½ Cup Water For 24 Hours. Then remove Beetroot and discard}

Other Ingredients:

½ Kg    Chicken
1           Onion chopped
½ tsp     Jeera Powder 
1 tsp.     Garlic chopped 
1 tsp.    Dhania Powder 
1 tsp    Kitchen King
5-6      Whole Red Chillies
½ cup  Oil

(Roast Chicken with 1 tsp. Salt and 1 tsp. chopped Garlic. Mix and roast well till dry)

Method

 Heat Oil and add the Whole Red Chilli and Garlic and fry. Then add the Onion and fry. Add the soaked Onion and fry well. Add the powdered Masala and the Ground Paste and fry well. Then add the roasted Chicken and cook on slow flame for 5 minutes.

Bagar for Chicken: 
Heat 3 Tbsp. Desi Ghee, add 2 sticks Cinnamon 9Dalchini), 1 Bay Leaf (Tej Patta), 3-4 Cloves (Lavang). Once the spices begin to crackle and add the Bagar to the cooked Chicken.
