Chicken Hariyali Pyaz
Method:
TO GRIND
12-15 Spinach
(Palak) Leaves
¼ cup Mint Leaves
6-7 Green Chillies
7-8 Garlic cloves
{Soak 7-8
Small Size Onions, ½ Beetroot, 2 Tbsp. Vinegar and ½ Cup Water For 24 Hours.
Then remove Beetroot and discard}
Other Ingredients:
½ Kg Chicken
1 Onion chopped
½ tsp Jeera Powder
1 tsp. Garlic
chopped
1 tsp. Dhania Powder
1 tsp Kitchen King
5-6 Whole Red Chillies
½ cup Oil
(Roast Chicken
with 1 tsp. Salt and 1 tsp. chopped Garlic. Mix and roast well till dry)
Method
Bagar for Chicken:
Heat 3 Tbsp.
Desi Ghee, add 2 sticks Cinnamon 9Dalchini), 1 Bay Leaf (Tej Patta), 3-4 Cloves
(Lavang). Once the spices begin to crackle and add the Bagar to the cooked
Chicken.
