Chicken Karahi


Ingredients

1 Kg       Chicken
1/2 cup   Oil
8 Tbsp    Curd
4             Tomatoes
2             Green chillies
1 Tbsp    Crushed Ginger
2 Tbsp    Crushed Garlic
1 Tbsp    Coriander Powder
1 tsp       Red Chilly Powder
1 tsp       Cumim Powder
1 tsp       Black Pepper Powder
1/4 tsp    Turmeric
1 tsp        Chaat Masala 
1 tsp        Red Chilly Flakes
1/2 tsp     Garam Masala Powder
2              Green Chilly Whole
Few         Ginger juvelines
Few         Coriander Leaves
2 Tbsp     Fenugreek Leaves
1 Tbsp     Lemon Juice
Salt to Taste


Procedure

Heat oil put chicken fry till it changes color n then put 4 tbsp curd cook for a while then add tomatoes, green chillies and salt. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes. Add ginger and garlic crushed then add coriander powder, red chilly flakes, cumim powder, turmeric, chaat masala, red chilly powder, garam masala powder, black pepper powder. Cook and add whole green chilly cook and then add 4 tbsp curd. Cook till oil seperates then add fenugreek leaves, coriander, ginger juvelines,and lemon juice. Cook and Serve
