Ingredients 500 gms    Potatoes 100 gms    French Beans 100 gms    Onions 100 gms    Carrots 100 gms    Green Peas 100 gms    Cauliflower 100 gms    Capsicum 250 gms    Tomatoes 2 Tbsp        Pav Bhaji Masala 2 Tbsp      Red Chilly Powder 3-4           Garlic Chopped 3 Tbsp       Butter 1 tsp          Oil Salt For Garnish Onion Coriander Lemon Procedure Wash and chop potatoes, carrots, cauliflower and french beans. Pav Bhaji Masala

Ingredients 10            Kashmiri chilly Whole Dry 1/4 cup    Coriander Seeds 2 Tbsp     Cumim Seeds 1 Stick     Cinnnamon 1 Tbsp     Turmeric Powder 2 Tbsp     Dried Mango Powder 2 Tbsp     Black Salt 1 Tbsp     Black Pepper  Procedure Combine red chilly, coriander seeds, black pepper and cinnamon in a pan. Dry roast on a medium flame for  three minutes. Blend in the mixer with other ingredient till you get a smooth mixture. Store in a air tight container. use when required.
