Mutton Curry


Ingredients

500 gms   Mutton
2               Onions
1               Tomatoes
1/2 tsp      Turmeric
25 gms     Dry Roasted Coconut
1/2 tsp      Poppy Seeds
1/2 tsp      Sesame Seeds
1 Tbsp      Red Chilly Powder
1/2 tsp      Garam Masala Powder
1 tbsp       Ginger Garlic Paste
Few          Coriander Leaves
1 Tbsp      Oil
Salt To Taste

Procedure

Put mutton in a pan, add chopped onions and tomatoes turmeric and salt. Cook till soft. Make a paste of coconut, poppy seeds, sesame seeds red chilly powder, garam masala powder, ginger garlic paste and coriander leaves. In a pan put oil fry the paste, you may add little water while frying. When oil leaves the masalas then add the cooked mutton in it. Cook for 4- 5 minutes. Garnish with coriander leaves, Serve with Rice.
