Palak Paneer



Ingredients

2 bunch    Spinach (Palak)
300 gms   Paneer
2              Green Chillies
1/2 tsp     Fenugreek Leaves(Dry)
1 tsp        Chaat Masala
Salt to taste

Procedure

Put spinach leaves with green chillies in a pan. Heat it.When it becomes soft remove from the flame. Cool and then drain the water. Make a smooth mixture in a mixer. Don't throw the water. Cut paneer according to your like. In a pan put the spinach mixture,when a boil comes then add the paneer. Then add the drained spinach water. Cook for a minute . Then add chaat masala and crushed fenugreek leaves. Add salt . Cook for a minute. If u wish you can add cream. Serve.
