Pav Bhaji


Ingredients

500 gms    Potatoes
100 gms    French Beans
100 gms    Onions
100 gms    Carrots
100 gms    Green Peas
100 gms    Cauliflower
100 gms    Capsicum
250 gms    Tomatoes
2 Tbsp       Pav Bhaji Masala
2 Tbsp      Red Chilly Powder
3-4           Garlic Chopped
3 Tbsp       Butter
1 tsp          Oil
Salt
For Garnish
Onion
Coriander
Lemon

Procedure

Wash and chop potatoes, carrots, cauliflower and french beans. Put it in a cooker along with green peas with little salt.Cook til it is soft. Mash it. Grate onions, tomatoes and capsicum. Keep aside. In a pan put butter and oil then add chopped garlic. When It become brown add grated onions, tomatoes and capsicum. Fry it oil separates then add red chilly powder and pav bhaji masala fry adding water till oil leaves its sides.Then add the boiled and mash vegetables. Add salt if required. Cook on a slow flame for five Minutes. For serving garnish with chopped onions, coriander and lemon wedges. Serve with Pav ( toasted on butter with red chilly powder and butter)
