Changezi Chicken


Ingredients

1 kg          Chicken
2               Tomato puree
2               Onions
1 cup        Cream
2 cup        Curd
1               Lemon Juice
2 Tbsp     Ginger Garlic Paste
1 Tbsp     Chaat Masala
1 Tbsp     Red Chilly Powder
1 tsp        Garam Masala Powder
1 Tbsp     Coriander Powder
1 cup       Fenugreek Leaves
4-5          Bullet Green hillies
50 gms    Cashewnuts
2 Tbsp     Oil
1 cup       Milk
Salt To Taste
Coriander For Garnishing

Procedure

Marinate chicken in salt,red chilly powder,ginger garlic paste and lemon juice for 1 hour ten add curd. In a pan put chicken and cook till it becomes dry. In another pan put oil and add onions and cashewnuts and fry till onions become golden  brown. Cool and make a smooth paste. In another pan add oil ginger garlic paste, tomato puree,milk, garam masala powder and coriander powder. Cook till it thickens add cream, chaat masala and cashewnuts paste.Cook till oil leaves and add chicken. Add fenugreek leaves, green chillies. Add water according to your consistency and cook till done. Garnish with coriander.
